Tad Harmon

Principal, Chief Creative Strategist

After three-plus decades as an accomplished creative leader, entrepreneur, brand architect, and consultant to some of the biggest brands in the world, Tad has learned a few things about change and its impact on a company’s narrative. As a Principal at Oxygen and leader of The Human Impact Studio, he helps decision-makers navigate change by defining and expressing their renewed brand narrative to motivate both internal and external constituents.  

Tad has held creative leadership positions at JWT, Razorfish, Edelstein, and Launch Consulting, and has co-founded and grown two separate independent integrated agencies: technology-focused Imagio, which was acquired by WPP, and the experiential agency 206inc, acquired by Advantage Solutions. He worked as an internal Creative Director on Microsoft’s Brand Team and has worked with a variety of B2B and B2C clients, including Levi’s, Microsoft, Amazon, Southwest Airlines, Toyota, Walmart, Coca-Cola Corporation, IBM, The Seattle Foundation, Urban Outfitters and VSP Global.
