Rob brings 20+ years of systems integration, change management consulting, and Sales Enablement leadership to Oxygen. His work leading Enterprise Solutions is to help clients who face an increasingly complex business environment to accelerate execution of their growth strategies.   

His solutions enable cross-functional teams to build sustainable operating models and deliver business value at scale. As a business integrator, he works with leaders in Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and L&D to align and configure their capabilities to achieve strategic outcomes by applying new, innovative approaches for implementing new organizational structures, processes, and technology.   

Rob has built and led practices for several innovative consultancies, as well as run his own consulting business, from Washington Consulting, Convergys, Etensity and the former Perot Systems (now Dell Technologies). His breadth of portfolio management and operational excellence runs deep. And his love for Virginia Tech always shines through.
