Katherine’s unique mindset for solving business problems stems in part from her first career as an accomplished pianist, composer, producer and performer in baroque orchestras and jazz clubs. Now she spends her time implementing modern, nimble, and outcome-oriented sales enablement strategies for Fortune 500 companies. 

Prior to Oxygen, Katherine was a Global Council Manager, and Principal Consultant at Forrester Research where she managed multiple client engagements and ran a community of industry professionals in marketing, sales enablement and channel programs in addition to being a Senior Advisor for Forrester’s CIO Leadership Board. Before Forrester, Katherine held a variety of IT leadership roles in the technology and pharmaceutical industries.
