VP, Experience Solutions​

Jenna brings over two decades of people leadership experience to Oxygen as the Vice President of Experience Solutions. She has elevated organizational and operational capabilities to new heights, specializing in transformative change management and learning. Jenna excels in guiding teams to optimize new ways of working, leaving a lasting impact. As a people connector and talent developer, she is adept at simplifying complexities and always aims to leave an indelible mark within organizations by delivering creative strategies to help teams achieve success—all while ensuring the process is fun.​​

Before joining Oxygen, Jenna built and led account teams within consulting practices of various sizes. She has partnered with clients such as Nike, Home Depot, Wells Fargo, Walmart, Columbia Sportswear, and The Standard Insurance.​

Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Linfield College and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Lewis and Clark in Portland, Oregon. She is an active member of the Global and Pacific NW ACMP Chapter.​

In her free time, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and most weekends, you can find her cheering on her daughters from the sidelines of the soccer pitch.​
