Diane Legg

CFO

Diane has more than 25 years of experience as a finance, accounting, and operational executive and has served as CFO in a number of dynamic, rapid growth environments. Diane's strong operational management skills have contributed to Oxygen’s growth and ongoing improvement of organizational structures and financial management practices. 

Prior to Oxygen, Diane was Principal at the advisory firm Ballantrae for over thirteen years. There, Diane provided strategic financial and operational leadership and consulting to small- and medium-sized companies, helping them determine, execute and communicate sound financial and operational strategies. 

Diane is also a professor for the Undergraduate Program, MBA Program, and MS Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Washington’s Michael G Foster School of Business. 

Diane has many years in financial leadership positions. She has been CFO in both public and private companies, including CoinStar, Synapse, Bag Borrow and Steal, to Screenlife Games (Viacom) she’s seen it all in what happens in the numbers. Aligning her strategic lens to Juliana’s growth strategy has helped Oxygen grow and scale in a way that is strong and sustainable through time.
