Rob O’Such leads the transformation and modernization practice at Oxygen. He works with senior executives in sales, marketing, HR, and IT to help them execute changes in their company’s business strategy and underlying operating models.
Most often, Rob is called upon when a company is going through a major restructuring such as a merger or acquisition; a new product or services offering; or the implementation of an innovative customer experience strategy.
Rob helps leaders navigate the complexity of today’s “do more with less economy” by applying modern approaches to improve alignment, decision-making, and customer engagement that maximize business outcomes. He is sought by clients to correct failing programs by quickly assimilating into client environments, assembling cross-functional teams, and applying proven execution methods to achieve results.
Rob has over two decades of systems integration, business process outsourcing, and management consulting experience. Before joining Oxygen, he held senior positions at Washington Consulting (acquired by Alion Science & Technology), Convergys, Etensity, and Perot Systems. Rob has a degree in Management Science Decision Support Systems from Virginia Tech and is a certified Project Management Professional.
