Kelley Eskridge - Learning Architect and Experience Designer

Kelley Eskridge is a learning architect and experience designer responsible for creating Content As An Experience™ for Oxygen’s clients. Kelley collaborates with stakeholders and design teams to clarify clients’ business outcomes and then produces learner-centric experiences to achieve them. Kelley is passionate about experiential learning that connects people with material and helps them put new skills into immediate practice.

In addition to her work for Oxygen, Kelley has built corporate universities, onboarding programs, manager learning, and technical/soft skills across diverse industries. She has held a variety of management positions including Vice President of Project Management at the Wizards of the West Coast, one of the world’s top games publishing companies.

Kell’s interests outside of work are broad. She created the free, online Humans At Work program to enable organizations and their managers to build and manage great teams.  She is also an award-winning novelist and short-story writer. Her 2002 novel Solitaire was a New York Times Notable Book and is the basis the 2017 film OtherLife for which she wrote the screenplay.
