Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the tenor of the engagement and act accordingly to meet and manage team and client expectations
  • Main contact and escalation for team
  • Reduce the friction for clients and teams through coaching, communicating and facilitating creative solutions that foster collaboration
  • Define and recommend quality service measurements for client engagements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and identify opportunities for account or program growth
  • Engage Sales on new opportunities
  • Organize and conduct internal and external project kick-off meetings to set expectations with team and client
  • Onboard contractors to project, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
  • Manage statement of work (SOW) and or purchase order (PO) scope, billing milestones, and change requests
  • Manage and maintain project plan, schedule and checklist
  • Manage project budget (forecast and actuals)
  • Work with CFO and talent management to confirm rates and subcontractor terms
  • Work with CFO to track SOW billing milestones
  • Project status reports and weekly time tracking
  • Schedule and run project meetings
  • Close out projects, including migration of deliverables and content assets to Oxygen Client SharePoint library
  • Projects achieve desired outcomes (co-owned with Experience Design Lead)

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Highly seasoned in project management processes
  • PMP certification or agile practitioner certifications desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in working with small and large teams globally
  • Strong client interface and ability to engage and drive client discussions
  • Desire to enable people to learn
  • Awareness of career goals and how they align to Oxygen’s business goals
  • Demonstrated interest and/or experience in personal and professional development
