WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Driven by your desire to enable people to learn, you will be designing engaging learning activities (e-learning/ILT/VILT) and compelling course content using the Oxygen methodology and overall design strategy set by the Lead Learning Consultant. Our ideal candidate also has a strong visual design skillset, including the ability to set UX & UI strategy and carry through to execution.
As a SeniorE-Learning Content Designer, you will be confident working independently with clients in a flexible and adaptable way, while juggling multiple projects and deliverables in a self-directed manner. You will be considered an e-learn expert on the team and focus on the application of digital technologies as appropriate (virtual reality, video lectures, games, interactive assessments, instructional videos, e-learning, etc.), as well as various group sizes necessary to achieve desired learning outcomes for your clients.

Oxygen Experience will offer the successful candidate a competitive base compensation and benefits package. The targeted range for this role is $95,000 to $135,000 annual equivalent ($45.67 to $64.90 hourly). Benefit offerings include 100% paid for medical, dental, and vision coverage and generous coverage for dependents. Oxygen Experience also offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan, Flexible Spending Account, and a generous paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays) program.
