Sales & Talent Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Oxygen sales team, the Sales & Talent manager partners with Sales and Client delivery leads to develop staffing solutions for new and existing client opportunities. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the recruitment process of new contractors and employees
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions in collaboration with Oxygen leadership
  • Source candidates and confirm availability, salary / rates, skills, experience, and values meet Oxygen requirements
  • Schedule candidate interviews with Oxygen team members
  • Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods
  • Onboard new contractors to Oxygen and transition to the Practice Leader, Project Leader, or Project Manager for onboarding to client engagement
  • Manage contractor vendor relationships. Manage pool of approved contractors and conduct regular check-ins on availability status
  • Collect performance feedback on contractors from project team
  • Support Sales leadership on new opportunities, including SOW writing, participating in sales calls, taking meeting notes, and determining staffing needs
  • Act as client liaison on sales opportunities as directed by Sales leadership

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ Years recruiting experience at a consulting or professional services firm preferred
  • Strong relationship management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in working with small and large teams globally
  • Experience with client management and sales support
