Recruiting Lead

Oxygen is a Seattle-based firm that helps companies grow by modernizing sales enablement and workplace education. We provide in-depth consultation to define the concrete business outcomes clients seek and create experiential learning programs for the key roles and people who will deliver those outcomes.

Functional Capabilities:

  • Proven ability to source hard-to-find skills, capable to screen and assess for technical experience in instructional design, creative services + UI/UX, and management consulting
  • Coaching interactions with team members and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and relationship management skills to sell Oxygen to prospective candidates
  • Empathy and excellent bedside manner
  • Strong commercial understanding and business acumen 
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years technical recruiting experience with at least 3 years of experience in a market-facing role and working in a consulting organization
  • Thorough understanding of roles, technology tools, and technical skills to be sourced (instructional design, creative services, management consulting).
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods, tools, and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
