Project Coordinator

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Support the design and development of various learning, enablement, and marketing assets.

As a Project Coordinator, managing content/marketing development and production, you will create team environments for our consultants and designers to do their best work. You will be directive, efficient, and clear in your communications. Your proactive mindset means you will constantly ask questions to seek clarity and confirmation, and you will be confident in escalating with discretion.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE:

  • Assist with event logistics including but not limited to recruiting, registration, speaker briefings, scheduling, event logistics etc.… in a global environment
  • Assist with communications and change management streams to align with the stakeholder’s program goal
  • Manage a content team to update and redesign current content
  • Maintain and manage project budget (forecast and actuals), project status reports, Workback Schedule (WBS), and time tracking
  • Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings to set expectations with team and client, and continually report on progress and next steps
  • Be proactive and ensure a constant flow of information for the internal team and external audiences, slack, TEAMS, email, Basecamp, etc.
  • Lead with a solution-oriented mindset around how to reallocate team members based on workload balance
  • Synthesize inputs from various team members and provides direction/orchestration to various creative teams (Videographer, Animator, Graphic Designer, ID, Marketing team etc.)
  • Perceive potential issues and problem-solve, redirect, or refocus when needed
  • Respond to client and/or project turbulence with humor, agility, and improvisation

YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITHUS IF YOU HAVE:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience; strongly interested and desire to become PMP certified
  • 3+ years’ experience in project management or event management
  • Wants to learn a creative development/production process
  • Ability to manage a high volume of content assets of various types in different stages of production
  • An agile (not waterfall) mindset and comfort working in a technology-savvy environment
  • Impeccable organizational skills and juggling
  • Conflict resolutions skills and confidence to have difficult conversations respectfully, and constructively
  • Relentless discipline to complete projects on client timelines and within scope, keeping impact to both the audience and the business in mind

DETAILS:
Full-time. Ability to work with clients in various Global time zones. Possible travel to Seattle corporate HQ for meetings. Preferred locations: Washington, Virginia, Massachusetts, Illinois, California, Colorado, Florida, Texas, Maryland

Oxygen Experience will offer the successful candidate a competitive base compensation and benefits package. The targeted range for this role is $45,000 to $80,00 annual equivalent. Benefits offerings include 100% paid for medical, dental and vision coverage and generous coverage for dependents. Oxygen Experience also offers a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, Flexible Spending Account, and a generous paid time-off (vacation, sick, holidays) program.
