WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Directing the maintenance and growth of Oxygen’s overall strategic relationship with Microsoft, ensuring client success, profitable revenue growth, and a strong partnership. This is a highly strategic sales and management leadership role critical to executing Oxygen’s account growth strategy  

As the Microsoft Strategic Account Director, you will be accountable for nurturing strong client relationships across Microsoft's business to build and maintain a multi-million-dollar account portfolio.

  • Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed
  • Developing a deep understanding Oxygen’s capabilities and effectively articulating Oxygen’s value and differentiation to clients
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain existing contracts and acquire new clients within Microsoft
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that they fulfill and deliver all customer requests as well as supporting the sales cycle
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
  • Acting as the client’s representative to ensure that their asks are met with a focus on customer experience
  • Account planning and management: collecting and analyzing data to understand changing needs of the business and key stakeholders to engage
  • Proposal shaping and SOW writing and reviewing
  • Involved in delivery operations for each project or talent placement to be successful
  • Escalate issues to Oxygen leadership effectively and with discretion 
  • Driving client conversations and meetings on a regular cadence to keep up with current clients and grow new clients

YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US IF YOU HAVE: 

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 8+ years of experience working with clients collaboratively which led to strong relationships and account growth 
  • Experience managing accounts within management consulting, sales enablement, learning, or creative agencies 
  • Strong experience + relationships with Microsoft preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in working with remote teams and clients  
  • Experience in working in a small, growing, dynamic company 
  • Strong efficiency in MSFT Office products, Sharp Spring or other CRM tools
  • Curiosity about a client, their business and how the work gets done
  • Proven track record of growth by being both strategic and detail-focused  
  • Can work with ambiguity  
  • A client-first attitude
  • Strong EQ. You ask good questions, and know when it is appropriate to advance a conversation, get more curious and ask for the next meeting
  • Be a trusted team member and the advocate and ambassador for our combined success

DETAILS:
Full-time. Ability to work with clients in various Global time zones. Oxygen Experience will offer the successful candidate a competitive base compensation and benefits package. The targeted range for this role is $150,000 to $220,000 with a bonus based on account + company performance. Benefit offerings include 100% paid for medical, dental, and vision coverage and generous coverage for dependents. Oxygen Experience also offers a 401(k)- retirement savings plan, Flexible Spending Account, and a generous paid time-off (vacation, sick, holidays) program.
