Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or co-consult on diverse and parallel Oxygen client projects, workshops, and work streams
  • Lead or co-lead the creation of client learning strategies, architectures, roadmaps, and high-level storyboard designs
  • Communicate the shape, goals, and context of the experience architecture to the design team. The Architect must be able to tell the story of the experience architecture so the design team can execute with confidence toward the vision, including identifying if/when the architecture might need to be adjusted
  • Collaborate and partner with Oxygen’s design and delivery teams to bring client vision to life and oversee the implementation to measurable results
  • Model the Oxygen philosophy and approach to creating experiential learning:
    - Driven by defined business outcomes
    - Role-based, audience and evidenced-based
    - Multifaceted, modern, architected, unfolding over time
  • Co-create, with Oxygen leadership team, an Experience Architecture discipline that grows as Oxygen grows
  • Coach and develop others within Oxygen
  • Contribute to creating original Oxygen intellectual property and differentiated offerings
  • Grow existing client relationships, co-develop new ones, and support selling
  • Support marketing, recruiting, and other Oxygen functions as needed

Functional Capabilities

  • Leading the design and development of large programmatic learning experiences from start to finish for enterprise-scale organizations
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to facilitate and drive client discussions, providing guidance and discovery to find solutions
  • Creating and delivering learning assets for large corporations, or relevant business experience
  • Leading, managing, and developing people professionally outside of hierarchy
  • Consulting across industries and/or within an industry across lines of business
  • Working with teams large and small, local and global, across cultures and time zones
  • Working with industry standard technologies (LMS, sales enablement platforms, authoring tools and virtual platforms)
  • Working with Microsoft 365 desktop and cloud apps, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint, and with online collaboration tools/platforms including screen sharing, presenting, and note-taking

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Demonstrated experience in working with small and large teams globally
  • Seasoned client manager
